Either baby backs or St. Louis style.
Divide ribs
Salt and pepper fat side up.
Bake at 350 for 45 mins
Turn over and add bbq sauce.
You can use any kind but I prefer the cheapest brand like Sweet Baby Ray’s
Broil to desired doneness.
Turn over and broil the other side.
I pretty much prefer burnt and crispy, although no one else in my family does.
