GRILLED PEACHES WITH HONEY AND BALSAMIC

 

This may be more of a dessert but I still consider it a salad, especially if burrata or buffalo mozzarella is added.

 

cut peaches in half and remove the pits

brush with balsamic/honey glaze

1/2 cup balsamic mixed with 3 tablespoons honey (maple syrup works too)

heat in a saucepan until it thickens into a glaze

grill until you get the nice grill marks

also, make sure to oil the grill so that the peaches don’t stick.

drizzle with remaining glaze

top with basil or mint

yum!!!
