EL CARDENAL
This may have been our favorite lunch which was hard to top because there were quite a few amazing lunches. It is always the best and most savored meal of the day in CDMX. There are several locations but we went to the one in Centro Historico at Palma 23 which is in such a beautiful old building. We started with margaritas and guacamole of course. Then thoroughly enjoyed the best carnitas tacos of our trip, quesadillas de queso, and a molcajete filled with queso fresco, avocado, salsa verde, and cilantro that’s served with warm tortillas. YUM, YUM, YUM!
